During this particular period, the CFATG cannot optimally support the youngest of us for their participation in national and international autophagy meetings. In order to bea ctive and as supportive as possible of young researchers, we offer two new calls for proposal:
– Beth Levine Award for the best 2020 thesis in the autophagy field.
To compete, the thesis must have been defended in 2020 in a French university. The application deadline is January 15, 2021.
– Financial support for current and/or future postdocs for their selection interviews in France or in a foreign country.
This support is a contribution to travel costs for interviews to start a new post doc in the autophagy field in France or abroad or to help a postdocs for their return to France. Applications will be evaluated throughout the year.
Further information will soon be available in the next CFATG newsletter.
In addition, docs or postdocs are more than welcome to highlight their work to the French autophagy community; do not hesitate to contact us, we can share your data, CV and perspectives on the CFATG website and in the CFATG newsletter.
